New Tenant Move-In Instructions

Once you have been approved you will be told the amount required to move in. Cashier checks or money orders only will be accepted for payment of the first month’s rent and security deposit. NO PERSONAL CHECKS, CREDIT/DEBITS CARDS OR CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR A MOVE IN DEPOSIT. Checks or money orders must be payable to: “Hoag Property Management, Inc.” Please indicate your new property address on your payment.

Upon receipt of your security deposit and first months rent rental agreements will be signed. At this time, entry and mail box keys will be provided and if applicable a garage door opener.

Make sure you have your utility services turned on prior to your move in date. Check your rental agreement (first page) to determine what utilities you are responsible for. Some companies do not have same day service which can delay your move in plans.
